Lucid Mattresses
Full pallets (28 rolled/boxed mattresses) are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight companies. Lucid selects the lowest shipping cost. Shipping charges for full pallet orders average $6-$25 per mattress. Lucid ships from different locations across the country so their shipping costs are lower.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once it has been invoiced, allow up to 14 days to receive your mattresses.

Wolf Mattresses
Full pallets (27 rolled, not boxed mattresses) are shipped via LTL (Less than Truckload) freight companies. Wolf selects the lowest shipping cost. Shipping charges for full pallet orders average $11-$35 per mattress.
Wolf ships from a single location in Indiana so their shipping costs are higher the further away you are. Wolf ships mattresses wrapped and rolled but NOT boxed and stacked on a pallet. SHQ has had reported issues with this shipping method causing damages to some mattresses. Wolf has stopped refunding/replacing mattresses. Each chapter must acknowledge and accept the risk of possibility of damaged mattresses that will not be replaced/refunded by Wolf or SHQ.
For smaller orders, mattresses are typically shipped via standard UPS/FEDEX. Expect to pay $16-$20 (or more) shipping per mattress for these smaller orders. Tracking information will be emailed to you once it has been invoiced, allow up to 14 days to receive your mattresses.

Corsicana Mattress
Corsicana is a domestic manufacturer that produces mattresses in 10 different locations across the country. There is no minimum order quantity. They handle all their own logistics, so any freight cost is included in the price.

Note: Corsicana mattresses ARE NOT rolled, compressed, or palletized – they are delivered flat and wrapped! Residential delivery is NOT available.
Ordering Materials
This process does not take a credit card, so it is up to you to ensure the funds are available in your chapter account. The funds will be transferred from your chapter’s account after the order is fulfilled and shipping is calculated.
A full set of jigs consists of tap station jig, safety rail 2×4 jig, side rail 2×6 jig & dowel jig plus a branding iron. Allow up to 14 days to receive your order, which is shipped via UPS or Fedex.
Invoicing Freight Costs
Both Lucid and Wolf usually include shipping costs on your invoice at the time of shipping. Occasionally freight costs are not billed for several weeks and will not show up on your chapter P&L until they are billed.
