Eddie Arnold

Chairman of the Board

Eddie Arnold, DC, is a chiropractor of 20 years with Airrosti in San Antonio, specializing in sports injuries. In 2018, he founded SHP’s San Antonio chapter, delivering 5,000+ beds to kids in need. As SHP Board Chair, he drives national growth. He enjoys mentoring, teaching, woodworking, and outdoor adventures with his family.

Chad Sanders

Vice Chairman

Chad Sanders, Merchandising Vice President of Lumber at Lowe’s, leads strategy for lumber, plywood, siding, fencing, and sheds. With over 30 years of retail experience, he’s held leadership roles in operations, HR, and merchandising. Chad also serves on the Iredell Economic Development Board and the American Wood Protection Association.

Jerry Robinson

Secretary

Jerry Robinson, CEO and founder of 1st Choice Mortgage, has over 25 years in housing finance and is a leading VA loan expert. A national advocate for mortgage reform, he chairs government affairs for BAC and AIME. Jerry also serves on SHP’s Board, mentoring youth and strengthening Idaho communities.

Terry Hosman

Treasurer

Terry M. Hosman, retired CPA and former Regional Controller with Lithia Motors, now serves as Senior Director of Finance for Sleep in Heavenly Peace. With over 25 years in the automotive industry, she’s passionate about team development and community service. Terry has also served on boards for Kiwanis and United Way.

Gary Aikin

Board Member

Gary Aikin brings over 50 years of leadership in sales, marketing, and franchise development to SHP’s Board. A lifelong volunteer, he’s served with SHP since 2018 and Habitat for Humanity for 25 years. Married 65 years, Gary and his wife Nikki enjoy family, sailing, and serving their community with heart and dedication.

Jason Barlow

Board Member

Jason Barlow, retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel and former CEO of Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona, led the nation in families served. With extensive leadership in healthcare, government, and nonprofits, he brings strong board experience and dedication to service. He and his wife, Dr. Jane Barlow, enjoy an active life in Scottsdale.

Keily Breeden

Board Member

Keily Breeden is an HR leader with 25 years of experience in human resources across, retail, banking and consulting. After receiving her master’s degree in community counseling, Keily worked as a mental health therapist before transferring those skills into the corporate environment and finding her home in HR.

Mark Conner

Board Member

Mark Conner, Senior Director of Chapter Development at Sleep in Heavenly Peace, drives nationwide chapter growth, performance, and engagement. A five-year SHP Board member, he applied 20+ years of leadership at Lithia Motors and FFUN Motor Group to strengthen operations, strategy, and sustainability.

Jeffrey Doehne

Board Member

Jeffrey Doehne, President of U.S. Retail at Stanley Black & Decker, oversees major retailer partnerships including The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, Walmart, and Tractor Supply. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he drives strategy and growth across brands. Jeffrey lives in Baltimore with his wife and three children.

Joe Genovese

Board Member

Joe Genovese, retired marketing and sales executive with 45 years’ experience across major brands and franchising, now dedicates his time to philanthropy. As SHP Phoenix Chapter President and Habitat for Humanity Board Member, he champions community service. Joe and his wife Donna live in Scottsdale, enjoying family and mentoring future leaders.

Eldon Harston

Board Member

Eldon Harston, MBA, is COO of Speedy CPS, leading sales, operations, and finance for a multi-state custom manufacturer. A longtime Sleep in Heavenly Peace volunteer, he served as its first CFO and former board treasurer. Eldon lives near Boise with his wife Jessica and their three daughters, enjoying family, woodworking, gardening, and perfecting pie.

Jodi Rasor

Board Member

Jodi Rasor brings over 20 years of experience in multi-unit operations and financial governance. She's been a supporter of our mission for nearly a decade through Holman Auto sponsorship and employee builds. Her expertise in helping organizations scale without losing their soul is exactly what we need as we continue our ambitious growth.
