Dear Chapter Leaders,
As we prepare for the moving of the ordering system to the Chapter Portal, it is necessary for us to shut down the existing system and move over. While this is a short notice, please know that we are here to help and fulfill any orders – the process will just be different for the next few weeks!
The last day to order mattresses or SHQ materials on the existing system will be this Wednesday! We will shut down that system for until January 2nd. Don’t panic, if you need materials we are still here to help you out!
If you know of any materials or mattresses that you will need processed by the end of year, we’d like to ask that you please submit those orders via the online system now before end of day Wednesday, December 14th! This will allow us to have them entered into the existing system.
If you need to order items over the next few weeks, please send an email to materials@shpbeds.org and Kim or myself will take care of your order. Of course, we strongly encourage you to place your orders now, but we will help fulfill your order as needed to the best of our ability.
Please keep in mind the extra shipping load during the holiday season and plan accordingly to have longer than normal processing and shipping.
