Saw Station
- Measure & cut lumber to length

Tap Station
- Tap bed components to mark drill holes

Drill Station
- Drill bed components at tapped locations

- Hand drills with 7/64th drill bit
Sanding Station
- Sand bed components until smooth

- 5 in orbital sander
- 80 grit sandpaper
- Dust collection
Headboard Assembly
- Attach headboard components together with screws
- Lifting headboards in and out of jigs

Headboard Branding
- Brand headboard with electric SHP branding iron

Headboard Staining
- Dipping Headboards in Vinegar Solution
- Carrying/lifting Headboards in and out of dip tank

Side Rail Drilling
- Drill ¼ in pilot holes to end of Side Rail

Side Rail Sanding
- Sand Side Rails (75 in. 2x6’s)

- 5 in orbital sander
- 80 grit sandpaper

Slat Rail Assembly
- Drill pilot holes
- Attach slat rail to side rail with 9 screws

- Drills & Hammer Drills
Slat Rail Staining
- Dipping Headboards in Vinegar Solution
- Carrying/lifting Side Rails in and out of dip tank

- Slat rail dip tank

QA Station
- Inspect Headboard after assembly
- Sand if needed
- Drill countersink holes
- Drill ½ in. dowel holes

- Packaging slat packs with stretch wrap
