About Our Chapter

Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering beds to children (ages 3-17) in need in the Columbia and surrounding areas.

Child bedlessness may not be a real word but it is a real problem. 

We believe in sharing the need with the community and then providing ways for the community to help meet that need. We are locally all volunteer.

We began in October 2022 and are happy to have delivered dozens of beds already….getting kiddos off the floor!  Companies, organizations, or families can sponsor a Build Day.  Click the volunteer button to learn more about how to get involved.

November Community Bed Build

This is a bed build event where we will take raw lumber, cut, sand and assemble to make the different parts of the twin beds.
