Our Washington County Wisconsin Chapter is brand new. We became operational in May, 2026, built our first 10 beds in June and started deliveries in July. Like any new charity organization we are in critical need of funding to purchase lumber, building supplies like sandpaper, more tools, and mattresses. Donations of new bedding may be dropped off at fire stations in West Bend, Hartford, Richfield, Allenton & Germantown.

There are hundreds, perhaps up to one thousand children in Washington County Wisconsin who do not have a bed of their own. They are sleeping with siblings, parents, a mattress on the floor or on a couch. The number you see above is ONLY the number of children for whom beds have been requested and in our queue for delivery.
