Basic Itinerary/Schedule
- Monday, April 13th
- ARRIVAL
- T-Shirt Pickup … 6-8pm – Conv. Center “Elephant doors”
- DINNER on your own… find some other “red-shirts” and network.
- Tuesday, April 14th
- PRE-CUT/PREP … (please watch above for exact time) 12:00 noonish
- MANDATORY ONSITE MEETING @ Convention Center (Hall A) – 4pm
- Please do NOT come to convention center until your “scheduled” time … there will be a lot of moving parts and we don’t want anyone hurt.
- Wednesday, April 15th
- ALL SHP’ers need to Check-in for their shift at TBD
- SHIFTS – (Arrive 15-30 before scheduled time.)
- Shift 1 … 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Shift 2 … 6:00pm – 12:00am
- Please do NOT make changes or “trade” you work assignment or time!BUILD DAY
